The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring ample counter space, top-of-the-line appliances, and cookware including a Ninja blender, Panini grill, toaster, microwave, dual ovens, coffee machine, waffle maker, and ice maker. This pet-friendly home welcomes house-trained pets with a $150 fee per pet. Events, gatherings, and photo shoots are permitted with prior approval and additional event fees. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fifth bedroom opens for groups of 9+ guests. Located in Ponder, Texas, this retreat is approximately 45 miles (72 km) from AT&T Stadium. Denton, Texas, a vibrant city located about 40 miles north of Dallas, offers a historic downtown square with a thriving arts and cultural scene, shops, restaurants, and live music venues. Outdoor recreation is abundant with trails at the Denton Greenbelt or North Lakes Park. Please note that the hot tub is currently out of service. For security, two cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7; there are no cameras inside the house. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property, and only registered guests are permitted. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a $500 fine for violations; smoking outdoors is permitted, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, and any violation will result in immediate reservation cancellation without a refund. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, some leaves or debris may appear between cleanings. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated. Landscaping is done once a week. Pest control service is monthly. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors.
