For the price the establishment is great. No one bothers you and your neighbors are extremely nice. Pets are welcome, but the downside is some ppl won't pickup after their own dogs, so look down of course. Tenants pays electric and cable which is super low and parking sticker is needed inside parking area. Management team is also super friendly and doesn't harass you.
