All bedrooms contain Roku connected smart TVs for all your streaming favorites. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal at home, and there is a dining table for 4 with additional bar stool seating. The comfy living room has 2 couches, a 65" smart TV with premium cable and streaming options, and there is great Wi-Fi at 100+ MBPS speeds. A private patio offers your own personal spot for enjoying the breeze in the evening. Linens for all beds in the home, as well as bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, can be provided for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. Explore Surfside Beach by bike or gas-powered golf cart, or venture out into Myrtle Beach and the Hammock Coast. Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay, typically occurring on the first Monday of each month. A fine may be applied if entry is refused to the pest control technician.
