Kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, smooth-top stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. It has a granite countertop and a double sink. Sliding glass door from the eat-in kitchen leads to the outdoor back patio. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom. A single-car garage has built-in shelving. A washer and dryer are included in the home as-is, without warranty for repair or replacement. The Woodlake community HOA requires that all residents must be over eighteen years of age and at least one resident must be fifty-five years of age or over. Home is available to view now and rent in early April 2026. Rent: $1,795. per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care. Security deposit: $1,795. Renters insurance required. Property is non-smoking. Pets: Two pets maximum, cats or dogs, each weighing less than 25 lbs, breed restrictions apply. Pet Fee: A non-refundable $300 pet fee is required for each pet.
