This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy the resident roof deck, resident clubroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and smart TV with streaming apps installed. There is also a TV in the living room and complimentary coffee. Located in the historic Lockerbie Square district, this downtown spot offers charming cobblestone streets, 19th-century architecture, and easy access to cultural landmarks like the Athenæum. You're just a short walk from Mass Ave’s vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away, Old National Centre is 0.6 miles away, Phoenix Theatre is 0.7 miles away, and Saint Mary's Catholic Church is 0.6 miles away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Includes Wi-Fi.
