Enjoy entertainment with smart TVs in every bedroom, a 65-inch smart TV in the living room, a Pac-Man arcade game, shuffleboard, board games, a giant Connect 4, tailgate games, a cocktail bar with glassware, a drip and K-Cup coffee maker with coffee provided, an air fryer, and a high chair. This townhome is pet-friendly, and guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $125 per stay. A pack n' play is available for children. Two-car garage parking is available. Located in a quiet enclave of 8-10 townhomes on a busier street, this townhome is minutes from downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, beaches, and top restaurants. A car is needed for most things, though everything is a short drive away. The townhome is located on a busier road, so some traffic noise is possible. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard, and guests must pick up after their pet; pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged.
