Feel at home in this South Tampa townhome, located just 7 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and 11 minutes from Amelie Arena. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath modern townhome features a 3-story layout (no elevator). This townhome is equipped with all new furnishings, a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and baking trays. Enjoy the drip and K-Cup coffee maker with coffee provided, as well as an air fryer and high chair. For entertainment, there is a Pac-Man arcade game, shuffleboard, board games, a giant Connect 4, tailgate games, a cocktail bar with glassware, and smart TVs in every bedroom, including a 65-inch smart TV in the living room. All hotel-quality linens, pillows, and blankets are provided, as well as spa-quality soaps and amenities, and fresh bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Up to two pets are welcome with a fee of $125 per pet per stay. A Pack N' Play is available for children. Each unit has its own private garage located at the back of the property, with two extra parking spaces located to the left and right of the garage entrance. Located in a quiet enclave of townhomes on a busier street, this townhome is minutes from downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, beaches, and top restaurants. A car is needed for most things, though everything is a short drive away. Home is quiet inside, but located on a busier road, so some traffic noise is possible. Trash is collected Tuesday and Friday morning, with bins placed out the night before, and recycling is collected Tuesday morning. The occasional pest is common in Florida, and while treatments are regularly scheduled, refunds are not issued for pests. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
