A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. The neighborhood is known for its welcoming community, lush landscaping, and a relaxed, suburban feel. Strategically located near everything you need, this home is a short drive from the pristine Gulf beaches and is well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard. You will have convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and a modern shopping center nearby. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie are also in close proximity. The St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is 3.5 miles away and Seminole City Park is 1.5 miles away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest capacity is 7. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 9am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Up to two (3) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Do not park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
