The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there is a spacious dining area and outdoor pool loungers. Challenge your family and friends to a game of cornhole or test your skills on the private putting green. It's the perfect space for sunny afternoons and starry nights. Driving is the most convenient and common way to get around Seminole and the wider Pinellas County area. Uber/Lyft are readily available and can be a good alternative. Biking is a good option for shorter distances and recreational purposes, and the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a major multi-use path that runs for 75 miles through Pinellas County. You can easily rent bikes from local shops and use the trail to explore different communities and access cafes, shops, and parks. Taxis are also an option, though they are generally less common than rideshare services in the area. The neighborhood is known for its welcoming community and lush landscaping, offering a relaxed, suburban feel. Strategically located near everything you need, this home is just a short drive (3.5mi) from the pristine Gulf beaches, allowing for easy access to a coastal lifestyle. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie are also in close proximity. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 9am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests at any given time. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
