Every corner of Casa Tuluma is styled for comfort and good vibes. Casa Tuluma features three spacious bedrooms with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, two full beds, and a queen air mattress. The apartment includes two full bathrooms, a master ensuite and a hallway bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and the open living area is adorned with comfy seating and Tulum-inspired décor. Enjoy gatherings in the open-concept dining space or unwind in the large fenced backyard with a fire pit and lounge seating. The outdoor dining and seating area comes with a flat-screen smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. For your convenience, there are four smart TVs for entertainment in every room, a spacious walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a Keurig coffee bar for your morning brew. Pool heating is available for $35 per day and must be requested at least one week in advance. Free parking is available for up to three vehicles, with an additional spot available to the left in front of the wooden fenced area. Casa Tuluma boasts a prime location near Largo, offering easy access to a variety of attractions and amenities. You are just 5 minutes from Downtown Largo, 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, 15 minutes from Sand Key Park, Ruth Eckerd Hall, and Clearwater International Airport, and 30 minutes from Tampa. Whether you’re chasing beach days, exploring local gems, or simply lounging poolside, Casa Tuluma is the perfect place to call home during your Clearwater getaway. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. Check-out time is 10:00 AM to allow housekeeping to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300. Casa Tuluma is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. A Ring camera is located at the front door for your security. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 9 AM. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, ensuring a seamless connection for any remote work needs you may have during your stay.
