This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. An RV electrical outlet is available for guest use and can also be used to charge an electric vehicle with the right adapter. Located right outside of the downtown area, this home has private acreage and is a short drive away from Downtown Eureka and Beaver Lake. It's also just 6 miles to Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, 10 miles to Starkey Marina, and 13 miles to Beaver Dam Park. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
