Located right outside of the downtown area, this home has private acreage and is a short drive away from Downtown Eureka and Beaver Lake. It's also conveniently located 6 miles from Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, 10 miles from Starkey Marina, and 13 miles from Beaver Dam Park. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM.
