This 4-bedroom home features a sunny, open kitchen leading onto a back deck and fenced-in backyard. The living room is a warm, open, and inviting space, making the main floor a great location for small gatherings. When you arrive, you'll find your beds made and ready for you, along with all the necessary towels and toiletries laid out for you. In addition, you will have access to a full kitchen, spices, and coffee essentials. Parking is available in the driveway, and there is plenty of parking on the street in front of and beside the house. Pets are welcome with a fee applied. This home is a few minute's drive/Uber from Downtown C'ville, and only a few minutes further from UVA. With three independent bedrooms and one extra-large double room, this house is an ideal spot for a friends' weekend, a large family get-together, or multiple couples and families enjoying Charlottesville together! As a home in a quiet, residential neighborhood, only you and the listed guests should spend time in our home during your stay. Noise levels should be reduced after 10:00 pm to maintain a high level of cordiality with our neighbors. Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed in the home. Every guest that stays gets their own 4-digit code to access the house, which is changed before and after every stay to ensure your safety. Codes are sent the morning of your stay. Upon booking, the exact address of our home won't be shared until after your "free cancelation" window has passed. There is a separate basement apartment beneath the house with a completely separate entrance around the back of the house. Guests share the backyard with the basement unit, so if you bring your dog, they must be well-behaved with other dogs.
