It couldn't be more central! Note: Photo depicts twin bed - we are replacing with a full bed prior to tenant move-in, and will take new pics as soon as it's installed. Removing the twin bed will also mean that the depicted armchair will no longer fit in the room. Enjoy the following resort style amenities at no extra charge: -3-tier resort style pool with falls -Fitness center -Business center -Clubhouse with games tables -Stadium seating theater -Basketball court -Beach volleyball court -Outdoor stone fireplace The lease options are: Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $1,100.00 per month with a deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease. Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1,200.00 per month for one person with a deposit of $400 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. The house & bedroom is completely furnished. All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
