Please note that the building elevator is currently out of service, and this unit is on the 4th floor, which is up 3 flights of stairs. Our spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Enjoy access to the building's fitness center with strength and cardio rooms. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located in a great central location in downtown Pittsburgh, just 1.5 blocks from the Convention Center and walkable to all major sporting venues. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. The unit is equipped with fast Wi-Fi to support remote work needs.
