If you love the outdoors, mountains, outdoor recreation, fishing or hunting this place is a great place to live. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, friendly and laid back. Must be easy going, quiet and laid back. Casita is located at the back of a 1 acre lot. Main house is located at the front. Parking for 1 vehicle, in addition to a boat/trailer. NO SUBLETTING!! Utilities included: electricity, wireless internet, sewer (septic), water. Dog possibly an option with additional pet fee. No cats (allergies).
