This home is ideal for a workation getaway with the entire family or for a small group. This home is equipped with a bidet toilet, UV HVAC clean air treatment, RO clean drinking water system, and a Sleep Number adjustable mattress. Smart TVs and multiple device charging options are available in all rooms. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, this home is a short 4 to 5-minute drive to a wide selection of grocery shopping and restaurants. It's also steps away from a hiking/biking trail and 45 minutes from Northern Lake Tahoe, with minutes away from Reno Downtown. Please bring your own slippers to avoid walking barefoot inside the house. Violation of any level 1 rule will result in cancellation of booking without refund, and guests will have 30 minutes to vacate the property after notice to vacate has been issued. Guests will be charged an additional fee related to guest extraction for security guard and/or law enforcement 30 minutes after issuing the notice to vacate. Noise-related violations will have one warning notice to correct the issue. Each unauthorized guest will be charged $25 per day. Any smoking violation will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a $50 fine for each cigarette butt or cigarette package found in the property. A police visit charge is $300. Each unauthorized pet will be charged $50 per day. Unauthorized late check-out will be charged $20 for each ½ hour late. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am (68 decibels or lower).
