There is a minimum age requirement of 27 years old to book the property. Prior authorization is needed for more than 2 visitors at one time who are not listed as guests. Music must be kept low and end by 8 pm outdoors; it should not carry beyond the front gate. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and kitchen oven after each use and before check-out, or a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted. Unauthorized guests may lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Outdoor music must be kept low and not extend beyond the property boundary, and no music is allowed outside from 8 pm to 8 am. Disturbances may lead to immediate removal without a refund. Absolutely no confetti or glitter is allowed anywhere on the property, and if found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Check-in is between 3 pm and 10 pm only. Security cameras monitor the outdoor perimeter and driveways, and if cameras are tampered with, the property owner reserves the right to visit the property to fix the issue.
