Disturbances may lead to immediate removal without a refund. No fireworks are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. No confetti or glitter is allowed anywhere on the property; if found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for cleaning the gas grill and kitchen oven after each use and before check-out.
