Centrally located in Palm Beach Gardens, this house is a 15-minute drive to Juno Beach and Ocean Reef Park beach, a 10-minute drive to the PGA National Golf resort and 15-20 minutes drive to numerous other golf courses, 5 minutes from the Garden’s Mall, 15 minutes from City Place and Palm Beach Outlets, and 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport. A selection of gourmet restaurants are all in Palm Beach Gardens, a 5-10 minute drive from the house. Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am every day. A maximum of three cars are allowed to park in the driveway. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk, and children in the hot tub must be supervised by an adult at all times.
