Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. Guests must clean the BBQ grill and kitchen oven after use, and failure to do so will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee. Unauthorized guests will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Absolutely no confetti or glitter is allowed anywhere on the property. Outdoor security cameras monitor the perimeter and driveways for safety, and tampering with cameras may result in a visit to address the issue.
