Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. There is a camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7 to ensure the safety of the property. Note that the area is in the final phase of construction and there may be occasional noise or activity during daytime hours. Late check-outs will be charged $100/hour. Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, but they are not allowed on the furniture, should not be left unattended, and you must pick up pet waste. A dedicated work station is available for your convenience.
