We live in a quiet neighborhood, so please be respectful and quiet at all times. Noise curfews are followed and reported to the authorities after 10 pm, and violations can lead to citations and eviction without refund and retention of $200. No pets, parties, guests, smoking, vaping, candle burning, fireworks, or illegal activities are allowed anywhere on the premises or in the neighborhood.
