This cozy home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring Boise. Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen, unwinding in the comfortable living area, or gathering outside around the backyard fire pit. The home is located near a scenic bike path, making it easy to explore Boise’s outdoor recreation and nearby attractions. While pets are welcome, they must be leashed outdoors due to the small, fenced yard. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. The home is located in a quiet Boise neighborhood with convenient access to local amenities and outdoor recreation. Nearby highlights include scenic bike paths and walking trails, local restaurants and coffee shops, shopping centers and grocery stores, and parks and outdoor recreation areas. Guests enjoy the location for its peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Boise’s main attractions. A vehicle is recommended for exploring Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley. The home provides easy access to major roads connecting you to downtown Boise, Boise State University, Meridian and Eagle, and shopping and entertainment areas. Bike paths nearby also make it easy to explore the area on two wheels. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property and smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance and additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Please treat the home with care and respect and excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
