The unit does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided for your comfort. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property. Pets are not permitted, and a $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets.
