Welcome to this incredible waterfront condo on Boca Ciega Bay! Feel at home in this 2nd-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with an elevator on-site. The open layout provides plenty of natural sunlight, and a private, large balcony overlooks the water. This condo features a full kitchen with direct water views and an in-unit washer and dryer. For entertainment, there are two TVs and an Amazon Fire Stick. Enjoy the waterview pool and hot tub, and a fishing dock is also available. This rental is pet-friendly with a $100 fee per stay, allowing up to 2 dogs. Guests must add both pets to their reservation in advance. Free shaded parking is available. Located in a safe and quiet waterside area, this condo is directly across from a boat ramp and just a 6-minute drive to the beach. The building is right next to a marina to park your boats. Doc Fords rum bar is next door, within walking distance. Other nearby dining options include Cody’s Roadhouse, Glory Days Grill, and Doe Doe’s Diner, all within 0.5 miles. Pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner when outside the rental unit, unless you have a private, fenced-in backyard. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside and outside the rental. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If any personal items have been left behind, it is the guest's responsibility to pay a $35 service fee and all costs from the packaging and shipping of those items should the guest request the items be returned to them. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If a lockout occurs (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
