The private balcony provides seating for four, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a cocktail from the cocktail cart while taking in the stunning sunsets. This pet-friendly rental welcomes up to two dogs with a $100 fee per stay. Free shaded parking is available, and the property includes a waterview pool and hot tub, open from sunrise to sunset. Please note that trailers, boats, and jet skis are prohibited on the property. Situated in a safe and quiet waterside area, this condo is next to Doc Fords rum bar and just a 6-minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood offers plenty of dining and bar options, including Cody’s Roadhouse, Glory Days Grill, and Doe Doe’s Diner, all within a mile. The entrance to the Pinellas Trail is right across the street, making it convenient for biking and exploring. Guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a legal ID prior to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Pets must be reported in advance, and a $250 penalty applies for unauthorized pets. No smoking is allowed inside the condo, and a $250 penalty will be charged if smoking is detected. Noise from neighboring projects may occur during weekdays, and we do not offer refunds for such disturbances.
