Guests can enjoy access to a range of amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a shared hot tub, a fitness room, and tennis courts. Direct beach access makes it easy to enjoy a day of sun and surf. Parking passes are available for purchase on site upon arrival for $50 per pass, with a maximum of 2 passes per reservation. Cash or card are accepted. With its prime location and exceptional features, Pelican Pointe 506 offers an unforgettable beachfront experience. The Orange Beach Welcome Center is approximately 0.5 miles away, Adventure Island is approximately 0.7 miles away, Gulf State Park is approximately 1.5 miles away, The Wharf at Orange Beach is approximately 3.0 miles away, and Orange Beach Waterfront Park is approximately 3.5 miles away. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy that applies to emotional support animals, as they are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Parties or events are prohibited, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking. Beach towels are not provided.
