This coastal retreat offers a bright and airy living space with cozy seating and large windows showcasing breathtaking views. The equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, and the private balcony features a hot tub, a dedicated grilling area, and plenty of seating for al fresco dining. The resort boasts a sparkling outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a shared hot tub, a spa sauna, an on-site gym, a tennis court, and a children’s play area. Parking is available with a limit of 2 cars, $30 for each car. Start each day with the sound of gentle waves and a view of the sun rising over the pristine sands of Orange Beach, just steps away. Anchor Bar and Grill, Flippers Restaurant Inc, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, Terry Cove Beach, Perdido Beach and Gulf State Park Beach are within a short drive. Pensacola International Airport is 43.5 km away. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Only Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The outdoor pools will not be heated from November 2 through February 28, 2025, and outdoor pool heating will resume on March 1, 2025. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking.
