The second casita offers bedrooms with sliding glass door access to the hot tub deck and a shared Jack-and-Jill bath. For groups larger than 16, additional guest fees apply. The property also requires a signed liability waiver after booking due to its size, uniqueness, and features. Located in the heart of Austin's brewery district, this villa offers easy access to local breweries and attractions while providing a private retreat on its expansive 2.5-acre property. Guests will receive key codes for access to all spaces, including the full 2.5 acres. Smoking and parties are not allowed on the property.
