Paid add-ons include extra guest fees for overnight guests at $50 per night and for day guests at $25 per day. Tons of parking is available on the premises. Nestled on 2.5 secluded acres, this villa offers privacy while being conveniently located off Fitzhugh Road, just around the corner from Jester King Brewery. You'll be in the heart of the destination distilleries, breweries, and vineyards that make this part of Austin a hot spot, with downtown Austin approximately 20 minutes away. Enjoy day hikes at Pedernales Falls or a dip in Hamilton Pool. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval from the host. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Bookings that generate a same-day turnaround may have a later check-in time. Guests must disclose all day and overnight guests before arrival. Pricing is based on the first 8 guests; after the initial 8 guests, extra guest fees apply. Please treat the property with care and respect, and report any damages or issues to the host immediately. Do not tamper with any safety equipment.
