This spacious home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably, making it perfect for family vacations, group getaways, and memory-making with friends. With a bright open floor plan, stylish bedrooms, and fun entertainment spaces, it’s the ultimate spot to relax after a day of sun and adventure. The main floor includes a King Master Suite with Smart TV, ensuite bath, and plush seating, a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, large island seating, and coffee bar, and a living room with a large leather sofa, Smart TV, and open flow to dining. The upper floor features a Queen Suite with ensuite bath and remote work desk, a Queen Bedroom with balcony access, a Bunk Room with 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and an arcade/game room with air hockey, arcade games, and a leather couch. This home includes 12 wristbands for guest use to access the community pool. All guests ages 5 and older are required to wear a wristband for entry to the pool. A $50 replacement fee per wristband will be charged for any that are lost or missing. The resort-style community pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, featuring a zero-entry walk-in area, three stunning waterfalls, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. With plenty of seating and lounging areas, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine with family and friends. Nearby attractions include Destin Commons, an open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment hub just 0.5 miles away, and Henderson Beach State Park, with sugar-white sands, emerald waters, nature trails, and picnic areas, located 2.0 miles away. Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park is 3.2 miles away, offering water slides, lazy rivers, mini-golf, and thrill rides. Destin Harbor & HarborWalk Village, 5.8 miles away, features waterfront shops, dining, live entertainment, and boating. The Destin History & Fishing Museum is 6.5 miles away, where you can explore the history of “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village.” Nearby restaurants include Pazzo Italiano, Bric à Brac, Beach Walk Café, Marina Café, and The Village Door at Baytowne Wharf. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets allowed. No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking in the driveway is limited to 2 cars, and street parking is not allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Once verified, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out. Includes a remote work desk for working on the go.
