This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed; violations of either policy will incur a $300 fee. Parties are also prohibited, and any indication of unauthorized partying will be promptly reported to local authorities and will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Late check-out will incur additional fees of $100 per hour. Unreported guests over 5 will incur a charge of $100 per person.
