This peaceful place is perfect for relaxing with the whole family or traveling with friends in a small group. This home features a beautiful open-concept living space, a chef-inspired kitchen, spacious bathrooms, and a playroom with a Smart TV and arcade games for all ages. It is equipped with bidet toilets, an RO clean drinking water system, and a piano (available on request only). Please bring your own slippers to wear inside the house. Enjoy easy access to beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, and the aquarium. Guests should keep a low profile throughout their stay by not interacting with or disturbing neighbors, checking in/out using the garage entrance, and parking cars inside the garage. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises. Illegal drugs or smoking cannabis are not permitted on the premises. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house. Smoking cigarettes is only permitted outside, and there will be a $50 fine for each cigarette butt or cigarette package found anywhere on the property, in addition to a $250 fine for any smoking violation. There will be a $300 charge for each police visit to the property due to guest activity. There is a $50 per day charge for each unauthorized pet in the property. Guests are responsible for an additional fee to clean up biohazards such as vomit or animal waste. Do not dispose of any substance that can cause draining issues (e.g., wipes of any kind, coffee grounds, or any substance that does not break down in water); guests will be charged a plumbing fee to unclog the drain for inappropriate disposal. The home must be left exactly how it was found, and guests will need to cover extra cleaning fees not covered in the standard cleaning. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am; unauthorized late check-out will be charged $50 for each 1/2 hour late. Guests are liable for any and all damages in the property, and will be charged for any item removed from the property. Only guests with confirmed identities can book, and there can be no third-party booking; the person who made the booking must be the person staying at the property. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am (68 decibels or lower). Any kitchenware used by guests will need to be washed by the dishwasher before check-out. Modification or alteration to any item in the property during the guest stay will need acknowledgment and approval by the host. Repair or maintenance of vehicles is prohibited on the property. Violation of any level 1 rule (no parties, no events, no excessive noise (78 decibels or higher), no live fire of any kind in the property e.g. bonfire, campfire, no setting up BBQ without prior approval) will result in cancellation of booking without refund. Guest will have 30 minutes to vacate the property after notice to vacate has been issued.
