No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests must be mindful of neighbors and basement tenants. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as there is a noise detector. A pre-arrival form, ID verification, and agreement may be required before check-in. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost, and failure to sort waste will result in a CAD 100 fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of CAD 50 for the first hour, followed by CAD 35 for each additional 30 minutes. Includes an office work area.
