Welcome to your perfect Florida escape! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom family home is designed for comfort and fun, accommodating up to 8 guests. With a private hot tub, fire pit, and yard games, this property is ideal for families or friend getaways. Located just 9 minutes from the beach, it offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The open-concept layout features a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy living room with an electric fireplace. Enjoy indoor dining or sip cocktails on the patio at sunset. The home includes smart TVs in every room, a Pack n’ Play, and a high chair. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. The shared guest bath offers a tub/shower combo. A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Guests can enjoy a large hot tub that fits 6, a wood-burning fire pit, and a propane Weber grill. Please note that the grill must be cleaned after every use, or a $50 cleaning fee will apply. The property includes 5 beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for beach outings. A pet is allowed per stay with a maximum weight of 25 lbs, and fees and conditions apply. Unauthorized pets may incur a penalty of up to $250 and immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund. Situated just 9 minutes from the beach, this home is nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood close to Indian Rocks Beach. While most attractions require a vehicle, the location is ideal for groups, families, or remote work stays. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and no loud noise is allowed during this time. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, including vaping. If smoking is detected, a $250 penalty will apply. Check-in is strictly for guests aged 23 and older, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a legal photo ID and verification photo. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time. The home is not suitable for toddlers or babies, and children under the age of four are not allowed. Please be mindful of weekday daytime noise due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, which are beyond our control. We do not issue refunds for such disturbances. The home is ideal for remote work stays, offering a comfortable environment with smart TVs in every room and high-speed Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
