This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,000 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (paid by app at $2/load). Complimentary coffee and fitness center access are included. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk, and one complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Additional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout may be available for an additional fee. The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book (except students/interns). Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
