Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. The building offers amenities such as a fitness center and a community garden on the 3rd floor and a dog park on the 4th floor. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, when available. Additional fees apply. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, weapons, or outside guests without permission are allowed. Violations will result in immediate termination of the contract and police involvement if necessary. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you will receive before arrival.
