Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a fourth bedroom with two full-size beds, along with a second full bathroom featuring a tub and shower combo. There’s also a half bath on the main floor for added convenience. Relax on the front porch seating area, or enjoy the spacious backyard for outdoor games and fresh air. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with a charge. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional charge. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund and you may also be held responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused. No cats allowed. Conveniently located near Cleveland Hopkins Airport and just a short drive to downtown, parks, and local attractions, this home combines space, entertainment, and modern comfort for an unforgettable stay. Keep noise to a minimum when outside as decibel readers are used to monitor levels. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and excessive noise may result in a fine due to past neighbor complaints. No smoking inside the house is allowed and a fine will be imposed for violations, although smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violating house rules or those of the OTA community may result in immediate eviction without a refund for unused nights. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed upon presenting the receipt. If it’s a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal.
