Free high-speed internet is available and the home is secured with a security system. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. You will be charged $150 for late check out without prior notice. This home is located 7 minutes from Downtown, 4 minutes from Edgewater Beach, and 14 minutes from CLE Hopkins Airport. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
