The downstairs features an open-concept layout with a cozy living room with a Smart TV and a nostalgic Nintendo 64, a modern kitchen with a large island and bar seating, a dining area for six, a half bath, in-unit laundry, and a charming art studio. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and two full baths with tub/shower combos. The back deck is perfect for outdoor dining, lounging under the umbrella, or grilling on the propane BBQ. Relax on the peaceful front porch with comfortable seating. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Walk to Gordon Square’s top restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, and theaters. You’re also minutes from Edgewater Beach, downtown Cleveland, and major attractions. Easy parking is available with a 2-car driveway plus free street parking. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and if an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or gathering will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No indoor smoking is permitted, and there is a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. There is a $150 charge for late checkout without prior notice.
