The apartment features a relaxing front porch, perfect for your morning coffee or evening wind-down. The living room features plush seating, a great board-game selection, and a karaoke machine. The dining room seats up to eight, while the adjacent kitchen offers bar seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dual‐Keurig and drip machine set-up, plus coffee, sugar, creamer, and flavored syrups provided for your convenience. Sliding doors off the dining area open to a back deck, and just down a few steps you’ll find a 7-person hot tub and a propane grill. All bedrooms come equipped with a Smart TV for your streaming enjoyment. Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Located in the heart of the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood of Cleveland, you’re just minutes from some of the city’s best experiences. The neighborhood has a welcoming community vibe with historic architecture and growing amenities. Nearby highlights include the legendary West Side Market for local eats and fresh finds, the iconic Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the lakefront district, and beaches, lakeside walks, and local parks are within easy reach for sunshine, good air, and outdoor fun. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Includes a dedicated office space on the first floor, ideal if you need to work or check in remotely.
