Granite countertops, large floor-to-ceiling windows, and beautiful tile floors make the space exceptionally inviting. With a large balcony equipped with a seating area and a grill off this main area, you'll have plenty of space for socializing regardless of the weather. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with two queen beds each. These rooms have their own attached full bathrooms, bright natural light, and large smart TVs. On the third floor, another private patio with a seating area is shared by the two large bedrooms with king-size beds. These bedrooms are also equipped with large TVs, private bathrooms, and views of the community pool. The community pool sits right off the back patio and is easy in and out for the house. Two covered parking spots are available. While this rental in Sea Pines offers convenient parking space for up to 4 vehicles, you will be required to purchase a gate pass for each vehicle. Pets are welcome, but please communicate prior to arrival the number and species of animals that will be joining you. If you have a service animal or require special accommodations for a certified support animal, please inform us in advance.
