The fully equipped kitchen includes a second refrigerator/freezer. Luxury bedding from The Ritz Carlton is provided for a restful night's sleep. Also included are baby equipment, including a Pack 'n Play, highchair, and umbrella stroller, indoor entertainment with a ping pong table and an indoor basketball hoop, 6 backpack beach chairs, a beach wagon, free high-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryers in each bathroom, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Enjoy a private backyard retreat with a heated pool and hot tub. The yard is fully fenced. If you’d like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is available for an additional fee of $50 per day. Pool heating must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay and paid in full prior to your arrival. House-trained dogs are welcome for a fee of $250 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home offers a serene retreat just a short walk from the beach. You’re within walking distance of pristine sands, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Hilton Head Island is renowned for its bike-friendly atmosphere, making it a popular destination for both traditional bicycles and e-bikes. Renting or bringing your own bike allows you to discover Hilton Head at your own pace while enjoying the fresh air and stunning surroundings. You can also rent a golf cart for easy access around the south end of the Island. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The fireplace is not for guest use. There is no smoking on the property.
