During the day you can enjoy the park and tennis courts just across the street. It is located only a few miles from some great historic sites and museums. The area is full of restaurants and attractions! Visit the Krohn Conservatory and Cincinnati Art Museum as you look out over the Ohio River. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. There can be no more than the specified number of guests on the premises at any given time. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit and only certified service animals are allowed. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox and failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If it is determined that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, you will be charged for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Non-compliance with the House Rules could result in a penalty. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. To access the building you must scan the key fob, this is very important for your stay so be careful not to lose it! The trash dumpster is located in the parking lot. You cannot receive mail here.
