It overlooks a quiet courtyard and offers gated, secure parking for up to 3 vehicles. Enjoy free Starbucks signature coffee drinks in the lobby, a large resort-style swimming pool, a full-size fitness center with sauna, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment is close to parks, shopping, and great restaurants. Live cable TV is provided, and streaming apps are available. It also features a full washer and dryer in the unit. Pet friendly with a pet spa. Cats and dogs are allowed with restrictions, including a restricted breed list. There is a $300 one-time fee per pet and a 2-pet limit. Background screening is required prior to occupation, with no fee. Felonies of any kind will be denied. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and guests must notify 24 hours in advance if checking in after 6 PM. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+), and guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests may not check-in if background screening has not been completed. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom, and an occupant is considered anyone over the age of 3. If a parking permit is required, 1 permit is issued per screened occupant. One access item (key, fob, gate card, etc.) is issued per screened occupant. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping), is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 fee will be charged. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled, excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete. Technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog, so pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
