Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed unless pre-approved. Decorations such as glitter or confetti and decorations on wallpaper are prohibited. This property has a zero-tolerance policy on being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. Quiet hours should be observed. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property; a $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. Includes workstations throughout the house and a workstation/bar with leather seats.
