Take it easy and feel at home in this fully furnished, pet-friendly home in a quiet Oceanside neighborhood, only two miles from the beach. This property is perfect for long-term stays, remote work, or extended vacations and includes room for two cars in the driveway. This private, gated home features multiple outdoor dining tables, a lounge area with seating for six, two chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing, a wood-burning fire pit, and a fully enclosed grass yard. Indoor comforts include a living room with a leather couch, loveseat, ottoman, ceiling fan, smart TV, and fireplace. The dining space has an indoor dining table with seating for four. The full bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and soft 100% cotton towels. The kitchen is equipped with new, stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, and 5-burner gas stove, as well as a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, a wine cooler, and an HE washer and dryer. A maximum of two pets are allowed for a fee of $50 per pet, per week. Oceanside, CA, is a relaxed coastal town in northern San Diego County, known for its wide beaches, historic wooden pier, and small harbor. It’s a walkable area with casual restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores, especially near downtown and the beach. Guests can enjoy surfing, beach walks, harbor activities, or biking along the coastal trail. The California Surf Museum and weekly farmers markets offer a taste of the local culture. It's also a convenient base for visiting nearby spots like Carlsbad, Legoland, or San Diego. Quiet hours are daily from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Unauthorized additional guests/visitors will result in an unauthorized visitor fee of $250 per person. If tape, decorations, glitter, or confetti are found on the property following your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture. If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate. If there are any pet-related damages, you will be financially responsible for any repair or replacement costs. Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum. Please do your best to clean up after your pet (fur in the house, waste outside, etc.) before check-out. Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet, and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $2,000 for smoke remediation. No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: doing either will result in immediate eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement. Includes an L-shaped desk, ergonomic office chair, a computer monitor, and printer.
