The kitchen and silverware you can use to cook your favorite meals during your stay are readily available. Enjoy a good night's sleep with hotel-caliber pillows, a luxury Nectar queen bed and a queen sofa bed. Enjoy the amazing and spacious shared pool area and the fully equipped on-site gym. Free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 1GBPS upload/download speeds) are available. In-unit laundry is available. AC and heating are available for full temperature control. A 50" HD Smart TV is available for guests to use. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night, $200 per pet for 8–28 nights, or $300 per pet for 29+ nights. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends); penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200.
