There is one queen bed in the third bedroom and a 2 full beds set-up in the fourth bedroom, which share a third upstairs bath. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer on the second floor. A brand new luxe 6-seater limo-style gas-powered golf cart is available for rent during your stay. It doesn't get better than this in terms of Surfside Beach location. You will be able to be at the beach and yet have an urban-like experience, being able to walk many places. The brand new Surfside Beach Pier opened in March 2024 is a 1-minute walk away, along with several outstanding dining options. The home is just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Check-in time is 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 0:00 - 7:00. Guests must be 25 or older to book the home. No events or parties are allowed in the home. Occupancy may not exceed 12 guests at the home.
