The stocked kitchen includes a coffee machine, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, pots, pans, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dining table with seating for 6, and bar stools with seating for 2. Free street parking and free back pad parking are available. You are only a 10-minute drive from shops and restaurants and a 1.5-hour drive from Banff. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is construction going on around the home. There is no back deck, so there is a safety lock on the back door, and there is no access out the back door. The yard and landscaping are not done. There is no AC, and it does get hot in the summer. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee of $75 per person, per night. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen/odor remediation, and any costs incurred. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home (including near open doors/windows), and a smoking breach fee of $1,000 plus odor removal/remediation costs will be charged. Illegal drugs or illegal drug activity are not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside), including possession, use, sale, or distribution, and evidence/violation will incur a fee of $1,000 (if any evidence is found), plus remediation/testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith/rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed an admin/inspection fee will be charged $400. Any violation of the house rules may result in a same day check out of the stay with no refund for the remainder of the stay.
