Enjoy wide, open beaches with fewer crowds and easy beach access for walking, driving, or golf carting. Take a short, free ferry ride to Galveston. Nearby highlights include Fort Travis Seashore Park, local seafood spots, and scenic coastal views and birding areas. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and only registered guests are allowed. Visitors must be pre-approved. There are three exterior security cameras: one monitors the bottom patio, one overlooks the top deck, and the other points towards the beach. Do not park under the house; park only on the driveway, being careful not to hit the support pilings. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance. Please clean the grill after use. If anything is used from the garage, please return the item to its original spot. If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the shower under the house and leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or pour grease down the drains. Quiet hours should be observed to respect neighbors. No illegal activity is permitted on the property. Any damage from misuse may result in charges.
