This is a non-smoking and no-drugs property, and any violation of this policy will result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, with a maximum capacity of 11 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in front of the property on the street. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm and before 8 am; guests are asked to keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
