Conveniently located in Kissimmee, this townhome is just minutes from Walt Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Its central location makes it easy to experience the best of Central Florida. Please be advised that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Grills are propane and propane is provided by guests; the propane tank may not be full upon arrival. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges of up to $300. A damage protection option is required prior to arrival, either a $250 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a choice between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100, for stays of 2 nights or longer. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
