It is flooded with natural light and is far from pool noise for ultimate peace and privacy. The elevator is nearby for convenience. This condo features an 85-inch smart TV in the living room and a 42-inch TV in the bedroom, a Pac-Man arcade game, a foosball table, and a telescope for stargazing or bay watching. There are also board games, drinking games, a cocktail bar set-up, complimentary coffee and brewing essentials, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach bag, and cozy indoor seating. Linens, towels, and toiletries are included. The condo also features Banksy-inspired artwork and a surprise candy stash when available. Free parking is included, but trailers, boats, and jet skis are not permitted. Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Located in Rocky Point, right on Tampa Bay and pressed up against Downtown Tampa, this condo is in a neighborhood with hotels, small bars, restaurants, and brunch spots. Whiskey Joes, a large indoor and outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music and screens, is a 10-15 minute walk away. Ben T. Davis Beach is also nearby. Pearly Bar and Grill, Current Hotel, Rox Rooftop Bar, Rocky Point Cafe, and The Godfrey Hotel are all very close by. Publix is 4 miles away, the airport is 5 miles away, Whiskey Joes is .8 miles away, Bahama Breeze is .9 miles away, Ben T Davis Beach is 1 mile away, and Busch Gardens is 15 miles away. Smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is not allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Standard check-in is at 4PM EST and checkout is at 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Pest control is routine, but Florida’s heat may attract ants, roaches, or spiders. If pests are spotted, the host will respond as soon as possible.
