The apartment is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. Access the building through the main entrances. Guests can have friends over but should maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, but children are welcome at your discretion. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled time. Smoking inside or outside on the patio, balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves.
