Unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled time. Smoking inside or outside on the patio, balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction.
