Located on the border of Del Mar and Solana Beach, feel at home in this ocean-view apartment, just steps away from the Del Mar Shores Stairway to the sand. Some steps must be taken throughout the complex to get to the front door and parking, and the complex does not have elevators or luggage carts. Inside, new carpet and a beautifully updated bathroom invite you to rejuvenate. The remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counters is fully stocked and perfect for crafting meals. The ocean-view living room's expansive sliding glass doors transform your space into a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. Extra patio chairs allow you to soak in the sunset. Community amenities include a sparkling pool and spa. This gated community has recently updated all the gate safety features throughout the complex, keeping the community secure and peaceful. A starter kit of toiletries is provided, but supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans, and cooking utensils, but spices, oil, or anything perishable are not stocked. Dedicated parking is available with one assigned parking space in a gated garage. For remote work, it is recommended to have a hotspot. Explore the gorgeous walking trails along the bluff with panoramic views of the surf and sand. Located just a short walk to everything including dining, shopping and entertainment, you'll have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach. It's a short drive to all of San Diego’s world-famous attractions including the Del Mar Racetrack. This house does not have air conditioning, only coastal breezes and fans. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests maximum, including children. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around, and construction or noise from neighbors is not monitored. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or anywhere in the complex.
